History
Established in 1960 to help increase the buying power of campus programming dollars, NACA now has more than 950 college and university members and over 500 associate members who represent artists, lecturers and performers.

Today, NACA offers a wide variety of events, educational institutes, publications and networking opportunities for colleges and universities across the country. The Association’s programs focus on program planning, risk management, multicultural education, concert management, student and professional leadership development, student government and more. Through its website, NACA also provides students and professional staff with a number of online programming and professional development tools.

Associate membership in NACA is an effective way to put your agency, firm, or act directly in touch with talent buyers from more than 950 member colleges and universities across the country. Because college programming boards change on a regular basis, ensuring that your name, programs or products remain in front of students and campus activities professionals from year to year can be a real challenge. NACA helps you meet that challenge by offering a wide range of services designed to promote name recognition and exposure to the college market, as well as a variety of opportunities for professional and business development.

How Much Does it Cost?
The cost of associate membership depends on what level of membership you’d like. The national associate membership gives you access to our entire school membership, the National Convention and all conferences, while the regional associate membership category is designed for those who wish to concentrate on the college market in just one NACA region.
