Rapper 2 Milly isn’t happy.
He feels that the game Fortnite allows players to use his extremely popular Milly Rock dance as part of their emotes, or celebratory dance moves, but without giving him credits or royalties.
As a result, he has threatened the creators of the game with a lawsuit.
The question of whether dance moves can be copyrighted is debate, however.

Chance the Rapper has a bone to pick with Fortnite as well, for the same reasons.
He feels the game should pair actual rap songs with the emotes, so everyone can get paid.
Fortnite should put the actual rap songs behind the dances that make so much money as Emotes. Black creatives created and popularized these dances but never monetized them. Imagine the money people are spending on these Emotes being shared with the artists that made them
